Wordpress 2.5

Just upgraded to Wordpress 2.5 after putting it off for a week or so. I kinda like the new look of the dashboard.

I usually could care less about the fashion scene, but my girlfriend showed me these really wacky heels by Marc Jacobs. They’re clever is all I can say.

Face your pockets!

The Face Your Pockets project has people empty the contents of their pockets onto a scanner and create an image by scanning them along with their face. It’s really neat, I think I’ll post my pictures once I get back to the US. I found someone who carries more pens than I do!

Ingenious golden prize winner for the second MUJI Awards. Didn’t think the other winners were all that good though.

Recreating Movement

Recreating Movement is a program that takes video footage, analyzes it, and produces a "3D" images using several frames arragned in space. The outcome is nifty.

No Ideas But In Things

No Ideas But In Things is a "source of inspiration for interaction designers" that consists of pictures, animations, and diagrams of poorly designed interfaces. "Curated" by interaction designer Dan Saffer. I like that picture best.
